My FAVORITE time of the year is here! September & October. I'm SOOOOOOO looking forward to going to Maine the first week in October, which will hopefully be peak foliage at that time. Acadia Park, horse & carriage rides on the carriage roads, lobster, ocean views, etc. I have been spending the last few weeks of summer walking in parks and nature preserves, going to birthday parties and the zoo with grandchildren, and enjoying lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. And, of course, watching lots of baseball---mostly the Yankees and Braves. There still is a little summertime left, so I can still have cookouts and eat fresh corn-on-the-cob, but my heart belongs to the fall. Especially now that the fall issues of my magazines have started arriving. Enjoy the rest of the hot weather! And enjoy this month's "POTTY PIC".
Well aren't you just the little photographer with the magazine shoot! Fall down here just means that eventually it'll be less humid... eventually. 8^) No, we're in the upper 80's now, a big improvement over the upper 90's with high humidity. I'm so far south that there really is no discernable difference in the foliage color wise. Have a great vacation!
