Jimmy & I had a great 3-4 day vacation in Sleepy Hollow: after all, it's that time of year! One of my favorite places to visit was Philipsburg Manor, a working farm with a gristmill complete with a giant waterwheel. And we met the most gorgeous gray cat on the property! We also loved Washington Irving's home(SUNNYSIDE). We did a ton of walking!
